Biography
British actor Brendan Price's screen career started off swimmingly: he made his TV debut in an episode of BBC's "Play of the Month" in 1972, and by 1977 he was appearing in recurring episodes of England's sci-fi classic "Doctor Who." He also co-starred as Detective Frank Bonney in all 17 episodes of the crime series "Target." Meanwhile, on the big screen, Price earned the title role in the 1975 crime comedy "The Amorous Milkman." The following decade, however, saw the actor's opportunities dwindle, his roles limited to just a few TV parts and one film turn. And on into the 1990s, his screen presence remained diminished. But in 1998 the British performer moved to Spain after accepting a small part in the TNT-produced spaghetti Western "Dollar for the Dead." Flourishing in his new environment, Price began winning acting roles in earnest. In 1999 he had a prominent supporting part in the multi-award-winning horror-thriller "The Nameless," and by the 2000s he was gaining steady work both in Spanish television and film. Highlights include a smaller part in Tom Kalin's 2007 drama, "Savage Grace," and several recurring episodes on the TV comedy "Paco's Men," in 2008.
