If you liked films like Step Brothers and Talladega Nights, then you'll probably get a kick and a half out of the newest trailer for The Other Guys, which comes from the same team (Adam McKay and Will Ferrell) behind those hit comedies. This time they're targeting buddy cop movies, with Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg playing a pair of mismatched cops who, aside from being the laughing stock of the force, can't seem to complete one simple task without screwing it up. Of course they'll eventually get the chance to take on some big-time case that will either finally earn them the respect of their peers, or get them killed.

The cast is fantastic for this one, with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Samuel L. Jackson playing a pair of super-star cops the entire force idolizes, while folks like Michael Keaton, Steve Coogan, Damon Wayans Jr., Eva Mendes and Ray Stevenson round out the list of names onboard for the ridiculous ride. While the film definitely looks predictable and not that funny in parts, I trust Ferrell and Mckay will deliver some big laughs once you sit down to watch the whole thing play out. These guys haven't let us down yet when they team up on a comedy, and I don't see this flick tainting their stellar track record.
