After Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs blew up to be a major box office success in 2009, Sony wasted little time to get the wheels spinning on a second movie.
Fast forward to today where we get our first look at Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2. The main characters from the first film are back, journeying to a strange new land filled with mutant animals created by our hero Flint Lockwood's food machine.
The humor from the first film is still in tact and the combination of animals and foods certainly lends itself to some wonderful creativity. Due out September 27, all signs point toward another hit for Sony.
