Set in 202X, Tathagata Killer, leader of the Godom Empire, stages a coup in Asia, the leading economic and military superpower in the world, and then sets his sights on global domination. The United States is no longer a superpower and cannot stop the Godom Empire. The fate of Earth is left to a band of rebels led by Sho Shishimaru, a doctor who discovers he is the reincarnation of Buddha and learns about the mystical laws that rule the world.
