Current Paid FanClub Member Benefits

The following benefits are currently available to paid Fan Club members; they may not be available to non-paid members (including that they may not be available during free trials) (although some limited versions of one or more of the following may be available for free trials): 

  • Waived Fees: Waived fees means that you will not be charged ticket convenience fees while you are a paid FanClub Member when you make a ticket purchase while logged into your Fandango account that has the email associated with your paid Fandango FanClub Program membership.  Other types of convenience, or other, fees will not be waived, and may be charged.  In some cases we may limit the number of items you may purchase with waived fees, but we will let you know about that separately

  • Monthly $10 Promo Codes for a Movie Ticket Discount: Each month while you are a paid FanClub Member, you will receive a $10 Promo Code that can be used to save up to $10 on one movie ticket transaction on Fandango.com during the one month period that starts upon the Promo Code being made available to you.  For example, if you were to purchase two $8 tickets as part of a single transaction, then the full $10 Promo Code will be applied, and you will save $10 on the purchase price, and only have to use your own money to pay the $6 remaining balance plus applicable taxes or other fees.  However, if you don’t use the entire $10 Promo Code in a single transaction, you may not use the balance in a subsequent transaction (for example, if you only bought one ticket in a transaction and the price of that ticket was $8 (including applicable taxes and fees), then you would end up getting that $8 ticket for free, but you could not use the remaining $2 to purchase another ticket in another transaction).  If the cost of the transaction is less than $10 (including taxes and fees), then you will not receive a refund for the difference.  If the cost of the transaction is greater than $10 (including taxes and fees), then your payment method will be charged for the difference.

    • You will receive this Promo Code on the first day of your paid membership and, generally speaking, on the same day of each month thereafter while you continue to be a paid FanClub Member (though the timing of when you receive the Promo Code may vary—that is, if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month (e.g. if you became a paid FanClub Member on March 31, your second Promo Code would be available on April 30)).

    • Each Promo Code will expire one month after it is made available to you.  For example, if your paid FanClub membership were to start on a March 20, then you would receive your first $10 Promo Code on March 20 and it would expire April 19; then, you would receive another $10 Promo Code on April 20 and it would expire May 19; then you would receive another $10 Promo Code on May 20 and it would expire June 19; etc.

    • You may be required to be logged in using the email address associated with your Fandango FanClub Program membership when you use the Promo Code in order for the Promo Code to be redeemable. If you do not see the Promo Code applied in your cart, it is not being used on that transaction.

    • Any Promo Codes received through the Fandango FanClub Program shall not be useable with other promo codes in the same transaction; Promo Codes are subject to Fandango’s Promo Code Policy at https://www.fandango.com/policies/promo-code-policy and items acquired with them are subject to Fandango’s other Terms and Policies (https://www.fandango.com/policies/terms-and-policies), including, but not limited to, policies prohibiting or restricting refunds or exchanges and credits (i.e., no refunds shall be given and no credits shall be issued, with respect to any portions of any payments made through the redemption of a Promo Code).

  • Monthly $10 Promo Codes for a FanStore Discount: Each month while you are a paid FanClub Member, you will receive a $10 Promo Code that can be used to save up to $10 on one Fandango FanStore transaction on store.Fandango.com (excluding bundles that include ticketing and/or home entertainment titles in addition to merchandise) during the one month period that starts upon the Promo Code being provided.

    • For example, if you were to purchase two $8 items as part of a single FanStore transaction, then the full $10 Promo Code will be applied, and you will save $10 on the purchase price, and only have to use your own money to pay the $6 remaining balance plus applicable taxes, shipping, or other fees. However, if you don’t use the entire $10 Promo Code in a single FanStore transaction, you may not use the balance in a subsequent transaction (for example, if you only bought one item in a transaction and the price of that item was $8 (including applicable taxes and fees), then you would end up getting that $8 item for free, but you could not use the remaining $2 to purchase another item in another transaction). If the cost of the transaction is less than $10 (including taxes and fees), then you will not receive a refund for the difference.
