Faced with a life-threatening pregnancy in 1968, suburban housewife Joy (Elizabeth Banks) joins a remarkable group of women in Call Jane. The group, including the visionary Virginia (Sigourney Weaver) and pragmatic activist Gwen (Wunmi Mosaku), are firmly committed to women's health and determined to open up access to abortion, against the wishes of an all-male medical establishment.

In our exclusive clip, the anxious Joy seeks to terminate her pregnancy and so visits an office that is shrouded in secrecy, filled with silent gestures and stressful sounds. Quickly rattled, she flees the office into the noisy streets outside, where she spots the sign that will change the course of her life.
