So here's the basic premise for the new ensemble comedy The Big Wedding, starring Robert De Niro, Diane Keaton, Susan Sarandon, Robin Williams, Ben Barnes, Katherine Heigl, Amanda Seyfried and Topher Grace to name a few.

Take a long-divorced couple (De Niro and Keaton) and force them to play a happy couple for the sake of their adopted son's mother who comes from an ultra-conservative Catholic background who believes divorce is a sin. Then, instead of telling her the truth (that they divorced a long time ago and De Niro has since remarried Susan Sarandon's character), watch as the character confront their past, present and future as they prepare for The Big Wedding.

The Big Wedding is directed by Justin Zackham who previously wrote The Bucket List and made his feature film directing debut in 2001 with Going Greek. The film hits theaters October 26.
