March delivered a slew of exciting trailers to put on your calendar. Let’s take a look at the best performing of the bunch! The video above counts down the top trailers released in March based on views from MOVIECLIPS Trailers. With nearly 12 million subscribers, the YouTube channel is the #1 destination for moviegoers to watch the latest and greatest trailers.
To nobody’s surprise, a superhero film came out on top once again. Avengers: Infinity War is the biggest film of the year and Disney/Marvel Studios released a second trailer with a month to go until its April 27th release. The only other films to crack the top 10 that we’ve previously seen promoted are Deadpool 2 and Sicario: Day of the Soldado. Both released teasers in recent months before receiving the full trailer treatment in March.
Speaking of teasers, we saw several perform exceptionally well, including a double-header from Disney: Christopher Robin and Mary Poppins Returns. These are two family-friendly films that will vie for mass patronage during the summer and holidays respectively.
