Throughout the Hangover franchise, the formula has always been the same. A crazy night is followed by someone going missing. Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Justin Bartha (when he's not roasting on top of a Vegas hotel) and Zach Galifianakis aka The Wolfpack end up going on a wacky adventure to figure out how things spiraled out of control.
The formula is still somewhat the same in The Hangover: Part III. Someone is missing, but this time the Wolfpack isn't recovering from a night of debauchery. Instead, they've been forced by John Goodman to find Ken Jeong's Mr. Chow.
It was clear after the way Mr. Chow's character was expanded in the second Hangover movie that he would play a significant role in this third and supposed final movie in the series.
The Hangover series has also featured various exotic animals as punchlines. There was, of course, the Bengal tiger in the first film and the capuchin monkey in the second. This third film brings us a giraffe which we saw in the first trailer last month, that ends up getting decapitated. How Alan (Galifianakis) obtains the creature is still a mystery.
Check out the latest trailer below as the guys journey from Los Angeles to Tijuana and back to Vegas where the franchise began.
The Hangover: Part III arrives in theaters May 24.
