We'll be upfront about it: this new Belgian trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man (via ComicBookMovie.com) is not drastically different than the US trailer that hit last week. You're not going to learn what happened to Peter Parker's parents or see Dr. Curt Connors transform into The Lizard, but it's still the better of the two trailers.
Coming in about 30 seconds shorter, this new trailer is more economical. There's less about Peter Parker's past and more about Spider-Man's present. There are a few new or longer snippets from some of the last trailer's action scenes, as well, but really this cut of the ad sells better because of what's not in it, as opposed to what is in it.
