Everyone's favorite Ewok will be coming back for Star WarsEpisode VII!

Well, kind of.

A new YouTube video on the official Star Wars channel features actor Warwick Davis confirming that he'll be in the new movie, though that doesn't guarantee he'll be playing Wicket the Ewok. He could just as easily be playing someone else (as he did in The Phantom Menace), so don't break out your VHS copy of the 1984 TV movie The Ewok Adventure just yet. But if you're a fan of Davis, it's nice to know that LucasFilm hasn't forgotten about him.

And as for the most Star Wars-y Star Wars thing since the first Star Wars, we now know that Darth Vader will indeed be making an appearance in the TV series Star Wars Rebels. C-3PO and R2-D2 have already shown up on the show, which takes place just years before George Lucas' original series, and now original Vader actor David Prowse has tweeted an image of the villain as he'll look in the show (voiced by -- you guessed it -- James Earl Jones).

Vader will appear as a part of the "Spark of Rebellion" Star Wars Rebels special that will air on ABC on October 26, 2014, so set your DVRs accordingly.
