With Breaking Dawn wrapped, Robert Pattinson is focusing on smaller, dramatic projects with hopes to pull in his obsessive Team Edward fans. He already has Cosmopolis arriving in theaters next year and now comes the latest trailer for drama Bel Ami.
Bel Ami is based on the 19th century novel by Guy de Maupassant, the film follows Pattinson as an ex-soldier who arrives in Paris and rises to power by seducing female socialites. Pattinson spoke with MTV about the number of sex scenes in the movie, including an orgy that included 40 women.
The movie stars Uma Thurman, Kristin Scott Thomas and Christina Ricci as three of the women Pattinson sinks his teeth into (sorry, bad Twilight pun) and is due out March 2, 2012. Check out the trailer below.
