Blade Runner

Blade Runner 2: Harrison Ford now confirms he will star in the sequel to 1982's Blade Runner. Ford will reprise his role as replicant hunter Rick Deckard; the story will take place several decades after the events in the original movie. There were whispers Ridley Scott might direct, but filmmakers are in negotiations with Canadian director Denis Villeneuve (Enemy, Prisoners) with production set to begin in the summer of 2016. Gone Girl

The Deep Blue Good-by: Academy Award-nominated Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl) is in talks to star opposite Christian Bale in The Deep Blue Good-by. Adapted from a novel by John D. MacDonald, the story follows "salvage consultant" Travis McGee (Bale), who lives on a houseboat in Florida, as he searches for stolen treasure. James Mangold (3:10 to Yuma) will direct off the script by Dennis Lehane (The Drop) and Scott Frank. [Variety]
