The Killer Next Door: The ever-busy James Franco (in True Story, above) is developing a murder mystery for the big screen. Franco and partners Ahna O'Reilly and Vince Jolivette will produce The Killer Next Door, based on a novel by Alex Marwood about a half-dozen neighbors who are "forced into an unholy alliance," not realizing that one of them is a desperate killer.
