Normally, this time of the year, we're drowning in awards-bait and holiday-themed movie trailers. Today brings a pair of new martial arts movies along with character profiles for the Quentin Tarantino produced The Man with the Iron Fists. Check out the videos below. Do any of these films look interesting?

Tai Chi Zero

A brand new domestic trailer for the action comedy Tai Chi Zero has landed online and sufficed to say if you liked the hyper-active cinematography of Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, this film may be one to add to your must-see list.

The film follows a young Kung Fu warrior named Lu Chan who gets punched in the head and transforms him into a Tai Chi master. The story then follows him as he tries to save his village from a massive steam-powered Trojan horse.

If you do decide to check this film out, know that it ends with a cliffhanger as a second film is due out in January 2013.

Tai Chi Zero hits theaters October 19.

Dragon

Donnie Yen returns to theaters alongside Takeshi Kaneshiro (House of Flying Daggers) in this domestic trailer for Dragon. The film finds Yen playing a martial arts master living a quiet and secluded life in a small village when a group of thugs threaten the local food market. Yen comes to the rescue and people start to become curious as to why he is in hiding.

Dragon will open on VOD on October 26 and get a limited theatrical release on November 30.
