Tickets are now on sale for The Nun II. The next story from the Conjuring universe unfolds in theaters on September 8.
In our exclusive featurette, we get the lowdown on The Nun II from the people who know it best: Producer James Wan, director Michael Chaves and star Taissa Farmiga.
The Nun II picks up four years after The Nun left off. Sister Irene (Farmiga) has left Romania for a quiet life in an Italian convent. “Irene thought that she left Valak In her past,” Farmiga explains. “Out of nowhere, she gets a call from the cardinal.” And so Sister Irene is drawn back into battle against the demon nun, fighting to prevent its murderous rampage across Europe.
What can fans of the Conjuring films look for? “It’s filled with demonic forms we haven’t seen before,” Chaves shares. As for Wan and Farmiga, they’re looking forward to eventually bringing all the Conjuring, Annabelle and The Nun stories together.
