Located at Fort Benning in Georgia, the School of the Americas has been a military training ground for what many political activist organizations view as democratic oppression in Latin America. This documentary examines the academy's aims, interviews politicians in favor of or critical of the school and talks with critics Noam Chomsky and Christopher Hitchens. The film also shows newsreel footage of atrocities committed in various U.S.-sponsored wars and interviews with civilians.
