BABE’S AND RICKY’S INN, 2011, Sideshow Releasing, 90 min. For more than half a century, the center of the blues in Los Angeles was Babe’s and Ricky’s Inn, a small South Central club whose stage was graced by stars and hopefuls alike. Before the storied venue closed its doors in 2010, director Ramin Niami brought his cameras in to capture stunning performances and interviews.
